LOVE MY BODII EXFOLIATING GLOVE
FREQUENCY OF USAGE?
Recommended to use once a week or as your skin feels comfortable.
Over exfoliating may aggravate your skin causing irritation and sensitivity therefore try not to exfoliate more than twice a week.
LONGEVITY OF GLOVE?
Experts recommend for hygiene purposes to replace your exfoliating glove every 8-12 weeks, however if you take care of your glove by carefully washing it with natural soap and hang dry between uses this may extend its life span.
Be sure to avoid leaving it in a moist and unventilated shower.
WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDATION FOR SENSITIVE SKIN AND SENSITIVE AREAS SUCH AS FACE?
This glove is designed for those seeking a deeper exfoliation. Its extra grit texture physically removes dead skin cells using water and friction without damaging your skin, however it is not designed for sensitive areas including your face.
Sensitive skin types may need to do a patch test before use to determine the use of pressure and comfortability of your skin.
Be sure to avoid using too much pressure when using our glove in order to prevent over-exfoliation.
Moisturise your skin after use.
CAN I USE WHEN MY SKIN IS FEELING SENSITIVE?
Avoid using this product if your skin is irritated or broken, undergoing treatments like chemical peels or exfoliants, or any other similar procedures.
WILL I SEE DEAD SKIN ROLL OFF? WHY IS MY TURKISH GLOVE NOT WORKING?
While exfoliating can effectively remove dead skin cells, the extent to which you will see dead skin rolling off may vary. The exfoliating process can help shed off dead skin, revealing smoother and healthier skin underneath. However, the amount of dead skin visibly rolling off will depend on factors such as the condition of your skin, the frequency of exfoliation, if you use chemical exfoliants and individual variations. It is important to follow proper exfoliation techniques and not apply excessive pressure to avoid any potential skin irritation.
Step 1.
Soak skin in a warm/steamy shower or bath for 10-15 minutes so your skin becomes soft. The most important pitfall and the answer to why my Turkish glove is not working is because this step is underdone. It is very important for your skin to be soft to prepare for dead skin rolling off.
Step 2.
Wet the glove & give it a bit of a squeeze to remove any excess water. Place your hand in the glove as you are ready to Love Your Bodii.
Step 3.
Step aside from the water, begin applying the best technique which is long strokes & side to side movements. Avoid circular motions.
CAN I USE SOAP OR BODY WASH WHILE EXFOLIATING?
If you use soap or body wash inside your exfoliating glove, your skin will still be exfoliated. Many Turkish households put a natural bar of soap in their exfoliating glove to save time, it's a (2 in 1) cleanse and exfoliate method. Using natural soap feels less drying and more moisturised.
You can even use your old soap scraps to avoid waste.
Using this method, you will not see dead skin roll off your body because of the of the soap residue leaving a film barrier between your glove and skin however you will feel highly cleansed and exfoliated. It is a personal preference whether you want to use soap or body wash in your Turkish exfoliating glove especially for those who are time poor and desire the a thorough cleanse and exfoliation in one showering.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
In case you have made an error during the checkout process, kindly get in touch with us promptly, so that we can modify the shipping address. Before your order is processed, it is possible for us to modify the address without any inconvenience.
But, after it has been fulfilled, we are constrained by the shipping service to leave the address untouched, if it has already been dispatched. Kindly ensure that your address is correct before finalising your order to avert any complications. Inaccurate addresses can lead to lost orders or prolonged return processes. Should we receive your order back due to an incorrect address, we can resend it to you provided new shipping costs are paid by you.
WHERE’S MY PACKAGE?
If you encounter an issue of non-delivery or your package tracking displays a delivered status by the carrier, but you did not receive it, kindly contact us within 10 days to initiate a claim process.
We will provide you necessary guidance in addressing the issue with the carrier for claims. It is advisable to note that claims may span between 30 days, depending on the carrier's policies. It is worthy of note that Love My Bodii shall not be held accountable in cases of packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits in such situations.
However in rare cases where any discrepancies occur, our primary objective is to provide the most appropriate resolution to address the issue. Feel free to contact us at hello@lovemybodii.com with your order number, and we will assist you in any way possible.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You’ll also need the receipt and order number.
All shipping costs for return items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Due to health, hygiene and our duty of care for our customers, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept change of mind returns of used products. Change of mind products may be refunded only before the order is shipped.
