RETURNS
The returns policy applies to online purchases through the lovemybodii.com website. All other purchases through stockists in store or via their website must be referred to the original store.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You’ll also need the receipt and order number.
All shipping costs for return items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lovemybodii.com and we will provide you with the postal address details.
Returns will be notified if accepted or declined after product inspection. Please note: We do not accept returns on used products due to health, hygiene and our duty of care for our customers.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
In the rare and unfortunate event that you have a faulty product upon delivery please contact us immediately at hello@lovemybodii.com.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS
Due health, hygiene and our duty of care for our customers, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept change of mind returns of used products. Change of mind products may be refunded only before the order is shipped.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
